CHARLOTTE, N.C., June 3, 2019 – Celgard, LLC (Celgard), a subsidiary of Polypore International, LP, was successful in its litigations against MTI Corporation (MTI) in California and North Carolina on MTI’s infringement of Celgard’s technology, trademarks and dominant patent on ceramic coated battery separators. Celgard and MTI have settled all outstanding litigation between the two companies related to MTI’s infringements and counterfeiting.
