Celgard Welcomes U.S. Congressmen to North Carolina Facilities

In August 2025, Celgard welcomed U.S. Representative Tim Moore and U.S. Representative Addison McDowell to our manufacturing facilities in Charlotte and Concord, North Carolina. Their visits underscored the vital role battery component manufacturers play in shaping the future – from clean energy innovation to supply chain resilience.

During their tours, our guests saw firsthand how we produce battery separator – a key component of lithium-ion batteries that power electric vehicles (EVs), energy storage systems (ESS), and other mission-critical and next-generation technologies.
